The Board through its President or Secretary-Treasurer or the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person practicing:\n(a) Psychology without a license or authorization to practice psychology in this State pursuant to the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact enacted in NRS 641.227;\n(b) Behavioral health promotion and prevention without a license; or\n(c) As a psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee without a registration or provisional license, as applicable.\n2.
