The license may not be reinstated except upon:\n1. Written application;\n2. Submission of evidence of the completion of the required continuing education for the period the license to practice as a marriage and family therapist or clinical professional counselor was revoked, unless the Board has granted a waiver pursuant to NRS 641A.265; and\n3.
