The Board shall charge and collect fees not to exceed the following amounts for:\nInitial application................................................................................................. $200\nProvisional license.................................................................................................. 150\nInitial issuance of a license as a social worker or a master social worker.... 250\nInitial issuance of a license as a clinical social worker or an independent social worker 350\nInitial issuance of a license by endorsement...................................................... 200\nAnnual renewal of a license as a social worker, a master social worker or an associate in social work 175\nAnnual renewal of a license as a clinical social worker or an independent social worker 225\nReinstatement of a revoked license..................................................................... 150\nRestoration of an expired license......................................................................... 200\nRenewal of a delinquent license.......................................................................... 100\n2. If an active member of, or the spouse of an active member of, the Armed Forces of the United States, a veteran or the surviving spouse of a veteran submits an application for a license by endorsement pursuant to NRS 641B.272, the Board shall collect not more than one-half of the fee set forth in subsection 1 for the initial issuance of the license.\n3.
