{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-641c.065","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 641C.065","heading":"“Clinical practice of counseling persons with alcohol and other substance use disorders” defined.","body":"1. “Clinical practice of counseling persons with alcohol and other substance use disorders” means:\n(a) The application of counseling to reduce or eliminate the habitual use of alcohol or other drugs, other than any maintenance dosage of a narcotic or habit-forming drug administered pursuant to chapter 453 of NRS; and\n(b) The identification, evaluation and diagnosis of and treatment for a mental illness when a person with mental illness also has an alcohol or other substance use disorder.\n2.
