The Board may issue:\n(a) A provisional license as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor to a person who has applied to the Board to take the examination for a license as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor and is otherwise eligible for that license pursuant to NRS 641C.330; or\n(b) A provisional license or certificate as an alcohol and drug counselor to a person who has applied to the Board to take the examination for a license or certificate as an alcohol and drug counselor and is otherwise eligible for that license or certificate pursuant to NRS 641C.350 or 641C.390.\n2.
