The purposes of such a contract may include, without limitation:\n1. To obtain assistance in processing applications for the issuance or renewal of a license;\n2. To obtain technical assistance;\n3. To facilitate cooperation with another board or licensing entity in this State or any other jurisdiction;\n4. To obtain recommendations to improve and standardize procedures used by the Board; and\n5.
