{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-641d.830","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 641D.830","heading":"Requirements for proof.","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, in any disciplinary proceeding before the Board or a hearing officer conducted under the provisions of this chapter:\n1. Proof of actual injury need not be established where the complaint charges deceptive or unethical professional conduct or practice of applied behavior analysis harmful to the public.\n2. A certified copy of the record of a court or a licensing agency showing a conviction or the suspension or revocation of a license as a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst or registration as a registered behavior technician is conclusive evidence of its occurrence.\n3.
