A person shall not engage in or conduct, or hold himself or herself out as engaging in or conducting, the business of a funeral arranger unless the person is licensed as a funeral arranger by the Board.\n2. The business of a funeral arranger must be conducted and engaged in at a funeral establishment or a direct cremation facility.\n3.
