An application for a permit to operate a funeral establishment must be in writing and be verified on a form provided by the Board.\n2. Each applicant must:\n(a) Be of good moral character; and\n(b) Be at least 18 years of age.\n3. The funeral establishment for which the applicant is requesting the permit must be constructed, equipped and maintained in the manner described in NRS 642.016.\n4.
