Who is qualified under the provisions of NRS 643.085.\n2. Who is at least 18 years of age.\n3. Who is of good moral character and temperate habits.\n4. Who has:\n(a) Practiced as a licensed apprentice for a period of 18 months under the immediate personal supervision of a licensed barber; or\n(b) Complied with the requirements of NRS 643.085.\n5. Who has passed an examination conducted by the Board to determine his or her fitness to practice as a licensed barber.\n6.
