An applicant for a license to operate a new barbershop shall submit an application and an inspection fee to the Secretary of the Board.\n2. A member of the Board shall then, within 6 days, inspect such shop and issue a temporary license to the applicant which is valid for 20 days if such applicant complies with the applicable provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted by the Board.\n3.
