After the initial terms, members of the Board serve terms of 4 years, except when appointed to fill unexpired terms.\n2. Before entering upon the discharge of his or her duties, each member shall make and file with the Secretary of State the constitutional oath of office.\n3. No member of the Board may serve more than two consecutive full terms. A member who serves two consecutive full terms is not thereafter eligible to serve on the Board for a period of 1 year. Any time served on the Board in filling the unexpired term of another member does not apply in computing two consecutive full terms.\n4.
