The Board shall admit to examination for a certificate of registration as a shampoo technologist, any person who has applied to the Board in proper form and paid the fee, and who:\n(a) Is not less than 16 years of age.\n(b) Is of good moral character.\n(c) Has successfully completed the 10th grade in school or its equivalent.\n(d) Satisfies at least one of the following:\n(1) Training of at least 50 hours in a licensed school of cosmetology as a student of the occupation of a cosmetologist or hair designer;\n(2) Training of at least 50 hours in a licensed school of cosmetology in a curriculum prescribed by the Board by regulation; or\n(3) Training of at least 50 hours which is administered online by the Board in a curriculum prescribed by the Board by regulation.\n2.
