Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an advertisement for services relating to the practice of cosmetology must list:\n(a) The name, as it appears on the license, and license number of the cosmetological establishment where the services will be provided; and\n(b) The name and number of the license or certificate of registration of any licensee or registrant mentioned in the advertisement.\n2.
