Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, it is unlawful for any animal to be on the premises of a licensed cosmetological establishment.\n2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not apply to:\n(a) An aquarium maintained on the premises of a licensed cosmetological establishment; or\n(b) A service animal or service animal in training.\n3.
