In any transaction involving a used manufactured home or used mobile home that has not been converted to real property pursuant to NRS 361.244, a licensee shall provide to the purchaser, on a form prepared by the Real Estate Division, the following disclosures:\n(a) The year, serial number and manufacturer of the used manufactured home or used mobile home;\n(b) A statement that the used manufactured home or used mobile home is personal property subject to personal property taxes;\n(c) A statement of the requirements of NRS 489.521 and 489.531; and\n(d) Such other disclosures as may be required by the Real Estate Division.\n2. The disclosures required pursuant to subsection 1 do not constitute a warranty as to the title or condition of the used manufactured home or used mobile home.\n3.
