{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-645b.400","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 645B.400","heading":"Requirements to provide services of or engage in activities of mortgage loan originator.","body":"A person shall not act as or provide any of the services of a mortgage loan originator, otherwise engage in, carry on or hold himself or herself out as engaging in or carrying on the activities of a mortgage loan originator or supervise a mortgage loan originator unless the person:\n1. Has a license as a mortgage loan originator issued pursuant to NRS 645B.410 to 645B.460, inclusive, or is an employee of or associated with a person who holds a certificate of exemption pursuant to NRS 645B.016.\n2.
