A person, or any general partner, director, officer, agent or employee of a person, who violates any provision of NRS 645B.165 to 645B.180, inclusive, is guilty of:\n(a) A misdemeanor if the amount involved is less than $650;\n(b) A gross misdemeanor if the amount involved is $650 or more but less than $1,000; or\n(c) A category D felony if the amount involved is $1,000 or more, and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.\n2.
