Each member of the Commission must:\n(a) Be a citizen of the United States or be lawfully entitled to remain and work in the United States;\n(b) Have been a resident of the State of Nevada for not less than 5 years;\n(c) Have been actively engaged in business as an appraiser within the State for a period of not less than 3 years immediately preceding the date of appointment; and\n(d) After the terms of the initial members, be a certified or licensed appraiser.\n2.
