The Administrator shall require each applicant for an original certificate or license and each applicant for renewal of a certificate or license to submit proof that the applicant or his or her employer holds a policy of insurance covering:\n(a) Liability for errors or omissions in an amount of not less than $100,000; and\n(b) General liability in an amount of not less than $100,000.\n2.
