The Commissioner shall charge and collect the following fees:\n(a) For the filing and investigation of an application for a license, a nonrefundable fee of not more than $1,000 and any additional expenses incurred in the process of investigation;\n(b) For the issuance of a license, at least $200;\n(c) For the annual renewal of a license, at least $200;\n(d) For the issuance of a license for each branch office of a licensee, a nonrefundable fee of at least $200;\n(e) For the annual renewal of a license for each branch office of a licensee, at least $250;\n(f) For the issuance of a reciprocal license, at least $150;\n(g) For the annual renewal of a reciprocal license, at least $150; and\n(h) For the reissuance of a license because of a change in the business address of the licensee, at least $200.\n2. All money received by the Commissioner pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 must be placed in the Investigative Account for Financial Institutions created by NRS 232.545.\n3.
