A person must pay the following fees for the issuance or renewal of a certificate of registration as an asset management company:\n(a) For the issuance of a certificate of registration, an application fee of $2,000 for the principal office and a fee of $500 for the issuance of the initial certificate of registration.\n(b) For the renewal of a certificate of registration, a fee of $500.\n2. The following fees must be charged by and paid to the Division:\nFor each issuance of a duplicate registration or permit................................... $50\nFor each change in the name or location of a business...................................... 20\nFor each change in the name or business address of a holder of a permit...... 20\n3.
