A license as a polygraphic examiner or intern is not required under this chapter of a person who conducts polygraphic examinations solely in the performance of official duties for a federal, state, county or municipal law enforcement or investigative agency.\n2. Persons who are exempt pursuant to subsection 1 shall comply with all other provisions of this chapter.\n3.
