Each notice of violation must:\n(a) Be in writing and describe with particularity the nature of the violation, including a reference to the section of this chapter or the provision of the standard, rule, regulation or order alleged to have been violated; and\n(b) Inform the violator of the right to appeal the notice of violation.\n2. The notice of violation may:\n(a) Impose a fine not to exceed $1,000;\n(b) Allow a reasonable period for the abatement of the violation; or\n(c) Contain an order for the payment of a reasonable sum to any injured party.\n3.
