If, after notice and a hearing as required by law, the Board finds that cause exists, the Board may:\n(a) Revoke the license of the licensee.\n(b) Suspend the license of the licensee for not more than 1 year for each violation.\n(c) Fine the licensee not more than $5,000 for each violation.\n(d) Suspend an order authorized by this section upon such terms and conditions as the Board considers appropriate.\n(e) Place the licensee on probation for not more than 2 years upon such terms and conditions as the Board considers appropriate.\n(f) Publicly reprimand the licensee.\n(g) Affirm, modify or vacate the penalty imposed by a notice of violation.\n2.
