No collection agency may operate its business without a compliance manager who holds a valid compliance manager’s certificate issued under the provisions of this chapter.\n2. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a compliance manager must not be employed as a compliance manager by more than one collection agency or employed by a collection agency and an exempt entity at the same time.
