After providing notice that the telephone conversation will be recorded, a person may record any telephone call that:\n(a) Concerns a claim which is owed or asserted to be owed by the person;\n(b) Is made by a collection agency or collection agent; and\n(c) Is received by the person.\n2. A person who records a telephone call pursuant to this section is required to make a statement immediately after the recording begins that the telephone call is being recorded.\n3.
