Except as otherwise provided in NRS 442.325, a licensed laboratory may release the results of tests performed at the laboratory regarding a patient of a rural hospital only to:\n(a) The patient;\n(b) The physician who ordered the tests; and\n(c) A provider of health care who is currently treating or providing assistance in the treatment of the patient.\n2.
