Violates any provision of this chapter;\n2. Makes any misrepresentation in obtaining a license;\n3. Has been convicted of a felony relating to the position for which the applicant has applied or the licensee has been licensed pursuant to this chapter;\n4. Has been convicted of violating any of the provisions of NRS 616D.200, 616D.220, 616D.240 or 616D.300 to 616D.440, inclusive;\n5. Is guilty of unprofessional conduct;\n6. Knowingly permits the use of the name of a licensed laboratory or its director by an unlicensed laboratory; or\n7.
