Is at least 18 years of age;\n2. Is of good moral character;\n3. Has not been convicted of a felony relating to the practice of court reporting;\n4. Has a high school education or its equivalent;\n5. Satisfactorily passes:\n(a) An examination administered by the Board pursuant to NRS 656.160; and\n(b) One of the examinations described in paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 656.170;\n6. Pays the requisite fees; and\n7.
