A licensee or certified court reporter shall notify the Chair or Executive Secretary of the Board in writing within 30 days after a change in name or address.\n2. A licensee shall report any change of:\n(a) Ownership or corporate officers of a court reporting firm; and\n(b) The designated representative of the court reporting firm must be reported to the Chair or Executive Secretary within 30 days after the change.\n3.
