A person who wishes to engage in the practice of realtime captioning in this State must submit to the Division:\n(a) Proof that the applicant is at least 18 years of age;\n(b) An application in the form prescribed by the Division;\n(c) Proof that the applicant has complied with the requirements for education, training, experience and credentialing required for the practice of realtime captioning as prescribed by a regulation of the Division pursuant to NRS 656A.410; and\n(d) Any other information or evidence the Division may require to determine whether the applicant has complied with the requirements to engage in the practice of realtime captioning.\n2.
