Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, in addition to complying with any other applicable requirements and limitations, a participant who is testing a financial product or service within the scope of the Program for which a license is otherwise required pursuant to chapter 671 of NRS shall not receive for transmission or transmit during the period of testing:\n(a) More than $2,500 in any single transaction for a consumer.\n(b) More than $25,000 in any series of transactions for a consumer.\n2.
