If the proposed bank is not an existing corporation or limited-liability company, the articles of incorporation or organization for the proposed bank must be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing.\n2. If the proposed bank is an existing corporation or limited-liability company, a certificate of amendment of the articles of incorporation or organization must be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing.\n3.
