Except as otherwise provided in subsections 2 and 3, or pursuant to the provisions of NRS 669.095, a family trust company formed and doing business under the laws of this State or any other state shall not:\n(a) Advertise its services to the public; or\n(b) Use the word “trust” or any direct derivative of that word as a part of its name.\n2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not apply to a family trust company which is licensed pursuant to chapter 669 of NRS.\n3.
