A licensee shall maintain the following records for at least 5 years:\n(a) A record of each outstanding money transmission obligation sold;\n(b) A general ledger posted at least monthly that contains all asset, liability, capital, income and expense accounts;\n(c) Bank statements and bank reconciliation records;\n(d) A record of each outstanding money transmission obligation;\n(e) A record of each outstanding money transmission obligation paid during the 5-year period;\n(f) A list of the last known name and address of each of the authorized delegates of the licensee; and\n(g) Any other records the Commissioner reasonably requires by regulation.\n2. A licensee may maintain the records required to be maintained by subsection 1:\n(a) In any form; and\n(b) Outside of this State, so long as any such record is made available to the Commissioner with 5 business days’ notice that is sent in a record.\n3.
