{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-671.465","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 671.465","heading":"Consent order.","body":"In any matter arising from a violation or alleged violation of the provisions of this chapter or a regulation adopted or order issued by the Commissioner pursuant thereto by a person, the Commissioner may enter into a consent order with the person to resolve the matter. Such a consent order:\n1. Must be signed by the person or the authorized representative of the person and must indicate that the person agrees to the terms contained in the consent order; and\n2.
