In addition to all powers, express or implied, that a savings bank has under this chapter, a savings bank has the powers, privileges and authorities that:\n(a) A state bank has under chapters 657 to 671, inclusive, of NRS; and\n(b) A national bank has,\nÊ except as may be expressly denied or limited by the Commissioner after notice and a hearing.\n2.
