Any savings bank which violates any provisions of this chapter or fraudulently misrepresents the terms of any contract or of any securities, and thereby secures a sale therefor, shall be punished by an administrative fine of not more than $10,000 and forfeiture and revocation of all licenses issued to it under the provisions of this chapter.\n2.
