The identity of any person who has furnished to the Board information purporting to reveal the commission of a violation of a provision of this title or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, including, without limitation, information concerning unlicensed cannabis activities;\n2. The information obtained by the Board from a person described in subsection 1; or\n3.
