Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Board shall not issue:\n(a) More than one adult-use cannabis establishment license for an independent cannabis consumption lounge to any one person;\n(b) More than one adult-use cannabis establishment license for a retail cannabis consumption lounge to any one person; or\n(c) Both an adult-use cannabis establishment license for a retail cannabis consumption lounge and an adult-use cannabis establishment license for an independent cannabis consumption lounge to any one person.\n2.
