Any insurer failing, without just cause beyond the reasonable control of the insurer, to file a statement as required in NRS 680A.265 and 680A.270 shall be required to pay a penalty of $100 for each day’s delay, but not to exceed $3,000 in aggregate amount, to be recovered in the name of the State of Nevada by the Attorney General.\n2.
