The withdrawal of consent by a party to delivery by electronic means does not affect the legal effectiveness, validity or enforceability of a notice or other document delivered by electronic means to the party before the withdrawal of consent is effective.\n2. A withdrawal of consent by a party becomes effective within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the withdrawal of consent by the insurer.\n3.
