An administrator shall notify the Commissioner of any change in:\n(a) The members, owners, directors or officers of the administrator within 30 days after the change.\n(b) The physical location, mailing address or electronic mail address of an office of the administrator within 30 days after the change.\n(c) The legal or fictitious name of the administrator within 30 days after the change.\n2.
