A person licensed as a producer of insurance shall not sell, solicit or negotiate continuous care coverage unless the person is licensed as a producer of:\n(a) Accident and health insurance and casualty insurance; or\n(b) Accident and health insurance and has received approval from the Commissioner to market continuous care coverage.\n2.
