With regard to any policy or contract of life insurance, life annuity or health insurance, no person shall discriminate against a living organ donor by:\n(a) Refusing to insure the living organ donor;\n(b) Refusing to continue to insure the living organ donor;\n(c) Limiting the amount, extent or kind of coverage available to a living organ donor; or\n(d) Charging a living organ donor a different rate, premium, deductible, copay or coinsurance than that charged to a similarly situated insured who is not a living organ donor for the same coverage,\nÊ based solely, and without any additional actuarial risk, upon his or her status as a living organ donor.\n2.
