An application for a license to engage in the business of a company must be filed with the Commissioner on a form prescribed by the Commissioner and must include:\n(a) A nonrefundable fee for application and for investigation of the applicant of $500 and, in addition to any other fee or charge, all applicable fees required pursuant to NRS 680C.110;\n(b) A surety bond which complies with NRS 679B.175 and is in an amount determined by the Commissioner;\n(c) A current certified financial statement or another financial statement if individually approved by the Commissioner;\n(d) An appointment of the Commissioner and the successors in office of the Commissioner as the applicant’s attorney to receive service of process; and\n(e) If the applicant is a corporation, a copy of its articles of incorporation.\n2.
