Life, annuity, health or disability insurance;\n2. Mortgage guaranty, financial guaranty or other forms of insurance offering protection against investment risks;\n3. Fidelity or surety bonds or any other bonding obligations;\n4. Credit insurance as defined in NRS 690A.015, vendors’ single interest insurance, collateral protection insurance or any similar insurance protecting the interests of a creditor arising out of a creditor-debtor transaction;\n5. Insurance of warranties or service contracts, including, without limitation, insurance that provides:\n(a) For the repair, replacement or service of goods or property;\n(b) Indemnification for the repair, replacement or service of goods or property;\n(c) Indemnification for the operational or structural failure of goods or property due to a defect in materials, workmanship or normal wear and tear; or\n(d) Reimbursement for the liability incurred by the issuer of agreements or service contracts which provide any benefits described in this subsection;\n6. Title insurance;\n7. Ocean marine insurance;\n8. Any transaction or combination of transactions between a person, including affiliates of the person, and an insurer, including affiliates of the insurer, which involves the transfer of investment or credit risk unaccompanied by the transfer of insurance risk; or\n9.
