Every insurance policy must be executed in the name of and on behalf of the insurer by its officer, attorney-in-fact, employee or representative duly authorized by the insurer.\n2. Any such executing individual may use, in lieu of an original signature:\n(a) A facsimile signature; or\n(b) An electronic signature pursuant to the provisions of chapter 719 of NRS.\n3.
