A health maintenance organization or other managed care organization that enters into a contract with the Nevada Health Authority pursuant to NRS 422.273 to provide health care services to recipients of Medicaid under the State Plan for Medicaid or insurance under the Children’s Health Insurance Program to the extent that the organization is providing such services.\n2. A managed care organization that provides health care services to members of the Public Employees’ Benefits Program or utilization review organization that conducts utilization reviews for a managed care organization that provides health care services to members of the Public Employees’ Benefits Program while the utilization review organization is providing such services.\n3.
